John F. McNeill
John F. McNeill received
his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from
the Citadel in 1972. He received his Juris Doctor from Wake
Forest University, and was admitted to the practice of law
in North Carolina in 1975. After a three year tour with the
Army's Judge Advocate General's Corps, he went on to the University
of Miami where he received a Masters of Law in Taxation.
He was admitted to the practice of law in South Carolina
in 1979. Additionally, he received his MBA degree from
the Citadel, and was certified by the United States Tax Court
in 1981. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association
and the Charleston County Bar Association. He
also currently serves as a Brigadier General in the United
States Army Reserve, commanding the 351st Civil Affairs
Command in Mountain View, California. He currently
resides in Mt. Pleasant.
